Corrections
There is no live corrections queue on this desk. That is a named gap, not a silent 404.
How to flag a wrong fact
- Read the source title and URL on the card or figure.
- Check the printed paper. If our line does not match the paper, the paper wins.
- If the paper is missing, copy an ask from the FOI pack and send it to the publisher. Not-sent asks on that pack are not sent.
What we will not do
We will not invent a working inbox to look complete. We will not mark a not-sent FOI as sent. We will not quietly replace a published figure with an unpublished one. A correction that is not checked against the file stays out.
