What this record is

• My street (cshieldscotland.grok.me) — wards, crime, CiLIF, council desks, action toolkit.

This is not an asylum app. Hotels, EUSS and Home Office asylum cash are not mixed into this national record.

• Missing is not zero.
• Pots are not mixed. Home Office is not Scot.gov. Lottery is not tax. NHS is not TME.
• Envelope is not outturn. Awards are not payments.
• Blank years stay blank. A series break is not a zero.
• Inclusion is not an allegation.
• ONS is the only authority for “public corporation”.
• No private addresses. No invented FOIs. No unpublished pounds.

• Data — CSV and JSON of the national register as at 25 August 2026. SRH cash Grant in Aid 2023/24 is a body ARA line, not a Money Trail press total. Ten-year cells stay blank until an ARA is loaded.
